Terms of Service
Last updated August 29, 2026
By creating an account or using EarlyTesters ("the service") at https://earlytesters.dev, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
EarlyTesters is a test-for-test platform: you submit a product you're building, and it unlocks in the public testing queue once you've tested someone else's product (or bought an upgrade that skips that requirement). Testing another founder's product means actually using it and giving honest, specific feedback — not a rubber stamp.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. One account per person — don't create multiple accounts to game the queue or the test-for-test requirement.
Submitting products & testing
- Only submit products you own, built, or otherwise have the right to have tested.
- No illegal content, malware, or products designed to harm or deceive testers.
- Feedback you write should reflect what you actually did and found — fabricated or copy-pasted "reviews" defeat the entire point of the platform and may get your account suspended.
- We don't review or vet submitted products before they enter the queue. Visit third-party links at your own judgment, same as anywhere else on the internet.
Paid upgrades
Priority ($9), Manual QA ($39), and Featured ($20) are one-time payments processed by Stripe, each tied to a single product submission:
- Priority automatically skips the 24-hour queue wait.
- Manual QA gets you a written report from us, delivered as soon as we've completed it — normally within a few days.
- Featured pins your product to the top of the queue for 7 days. It's a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription — it doesn't auto-renew, and getting featured again after it expires requires a new purchase (subject to slot availability).
All sales are final — we don't offer refunds once a purchase is made. If something's genuinely broken on our end, email us and we'll sort it out.
Content ownership
You keep ownership of whatever you submit or write on the platform. By posting it, you give us permission to display it to other users as part of running the service (e.g. showing your product in the queue, showing your feedback to the founder you tested).
No guarantees on feedback quality
Peer feedback comes from other founders, not vetted professionals (except Manual QA, which we write ourselves). We don't guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or civility of feedback you receive, though we'll act on reports of genuinely abusive content.
Suspension & termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform — fake feedback, multiple accounts, harmful submissions, or anything else that breaks these terms. You can delete your own account at any time from your profile settings.
"As is", no warranty
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent the law allows.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do — continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
