Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info — your name, email address, and password (stored as an irreversible hash — we never see or store your plain-text password).
• Product submissions — the product name, URL, type, and notes you provide when you submit something to be tested.
• Test feedback — the content you write when you test someone else's product (what you tried, issues found, your overall impression, and a rating).
• Payment records — if you buy Priority, Manual QA, or Featured, we store the order type, amount, and status. We never see or store your card details — payments are handled entirely by Stripe.

How we use it

Strictly to run the service: matching your submissions with testers, showing your feedback to the people you tested, processing payments, and fulfilling Priority and Manual QA purchases. We don't sell your data, and we don't run ads or third-party trackers on this site.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — processes payments for the paid upgrades. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Our email provider — used only to deliver transactional email (password resets, purchase confirmations). We don't send marketing email.
• Other users — your product name, URL, and notes are visible to anyone testing your product; your feedback is visible to the founder of whatever you tested. Your email address is never shown to other users.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a CSRF token to protect form submissions. Both are strictly functional — we don't use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account at any time from your profile settings — this removes your account along with every product you submitted, every test you wrote, and every order tied to it.
